After years of service in leadership roles that demanded precision, accountability, and consistency, Chase and Yasmine built Coastal Pest Control on those same principles, while also drawing inspiration from Yasmine’s family roots in the pest control industry. The result is a company grounded in proactive solutions, dependable service, clear communication, and confidence that every detail will be handled properly the first time.

STORMY , Customer Relations Manager
Stormy proudly serves as the Customer Relations Manager at Coastal Pest Control, bringing a level of warmth, charm, and cheese-motivated enthusiasm unmatched by any human employee. Nicknamed “The Baby” she’s armed with irresistible puppy-dog eyes and wrinkles for days; Stormy ensures every customer interaction—real or imagined—is met with maximum friendliness and zero complaints.
A true master of emotional intelligence, she specializes in conflict resolution through strategic cuddles and well-timed head tilts. Stormy also oversees internal morale-building initiatives, such as “Ice Cube Party Planning Committee” laser-chasing physical training, and mandatory cuddle breaks during high-stress situations.
When not improving client satisfaction metrics, she can be found snoring softly in her office, accepting belly-rub appointments, or conducting quality-control inspections on all cheese inventory (and collecting cheese tax). Despite her youthful spirit, Stormy takes her work seriously—particularly when it involves greeting visitors or monitoring refrigerator activity.

OAKLEY , Director of Security
Oakley serves as the esteemed Director of Security at Coastal Pest Control, where she oversees headquarters perimeter checks, morale boosting, and the rapid interception of all unauthorized water bottles. Known internally as “The Alpha” Oakley takes her role seriously—unless there’s a sunny patch of grass nearby, in which case her vigilance temporarily shifts to sunbathing operations.
With unmatched speed (particularly when snacks are involved) and a natural instinct for protection, Oakley ensures the team works in a secure and highly entertaining environment. Despite her tough exterior and imposing bark, those who work closest with her know that underneath the wrinkles and presence; lies a soft, sweet companion who never turns down a nap or a belly rub.
When she’s not patrolling headquarters, Oakley can be found recharging in a warm sunbeam, supervising staff lunches, or heroically defending the office from suspicious looking pests.

TITO , Mailroom Clerk
Tito holds the critical role of Mailroom Clerk at Coastal Pest Control, where he is responsible for the inspection, sorting, and occasional destruction of all cardboard materials entering the building. A self-described “Distinguished Gentleman” Tito approaches his duties with quiet confidence, impeccable posture, and a firm belief that every lap is, in fact, his lap to sit.
As a master sunbather and certified cardboard quality-control specialist, Tito ensures that packages are thoroughly evaluated—often by mouth—before being cleared for distribution. While he prefers not to run unless food is involved, his poise alone is enough to command respect throughout the office. Known for demanding rubs on his schedule and maintaining a Laissez-faire approach of control over his sisters, Tito is widely regarded as both strong and adored.
Above all else, Tito is Chase’s right-hand man and a loyal fixture of daily operations. Whether overseeing incoming shipments, supervising from a sunlit floor space, or quietly asserting dominance through strategic side-eye, Tito exemplifies reliability, loyalty, and refined charm.
